What Will You Do?
As a Sales Support Employee, you will support our CEO, who also leads the sales department. You will play a crucial role in professionalizing our sales processes and improving our customer relationships. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the CEO with sales activities
- Managing and optimizing the sales funnel
- Implementing and using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Maintaining customer contacts and following up on leads
- Preparing sales presentations and quotes
- Handling administrative tasks and reports
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and eager-to-learn professional who:
- Has excellent command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Has experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Can work independently and takes initiative
- Is willing to work 32 to 40 hours per week
